Aira Yuuki Releases Long Awaited New Single 'Blessing' in Four Years
ANIME SERIES “THE SAINT'S MAGIC POWER IS OMNIPOTENT” OPENING THEME
APRIL 27, 2021 – Los Angeles, CA – Popular anime singer and lyricist, Aira Yūki will be releasing her newest single “Blessing” on April 28th, 2021. This will be the first single release since 2017's “Donna Hoshizora yori mo, Donna Omoide yori mo” which had been the anime series “A Sister's All You Need” ending theme song. “Blessing” has been chosen as the opening theme for the anime series “The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent”.
“I thought about the situation where if you were in an environment that can't be helped by themselves and if you needed to change your mind. I think people had overcome various eras in time by keeping the importance of wishing and praying for what they admire as well as those who are important to them. I wanted to create this song in from those thoughts. I would be very happy if you could listen to the song by thinking of something you're currently committing to or someone who is very precious to you.” – Aira Yūki
“Blessing” was co-written and arranged with songwriter Tatsuya Yano and the English version of the song will also be released on May 26th, 2021 as a digital streaming limited version.
The single will be including the coupling track “Trenoir”, arranged by TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND's Tomohisa Ishikawa. “Blessing” was a song that had been imaged to be like the morning and for Trenoir has the mood of the night. Aira explains that she wrote the song in the thought of what would maybe happen if the morning and night fell in love.

About Aira Yūki:
Aira Yūki debuted with “colorless wind,” an opening song for the TV anime series, sola. Many of her songs are used for many anime series and video games with her beautiful voice since her debut. She performed the ending songs for Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 2199, which is a remake of a classic anime title, Space Battleship Yamato in 2012, and the OVA, Mobile Suit Gundam AGE: Memory of Eden in 2013. She is a popular anime song singer, and she has been invited to numerous events both domestically and internationally.
Recently she had written and sung the theme song “Violet Snow” for the world hit anime “Violet Evergarden”.
Since her work expanded as a lyricist in 2015, she has written for lots of well-known anime songs and character songs. A voice actress idol unit, “NOW ON AIR” is also produced by her since 2018.
“Blessing” will be the latest single since her last single in 2017 and mini album “Leading role” released on March 25th, 2020
