Anime Frontier Returns to DFW, Opening with Globally Recognized Japanese Rock Band

Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (September 22, 2022) -- Anime Frontier Powered By Crunchyroll, the North Texas Japanese pop culture festival from the creators of Anime NYC, today announced legendary Japanese rock band FLOW will return to the U.S. for the first time in three years for a kickoff concert on the first night of this year's Anime Frontier convention. The show will take place at 8 pm on December 2, 2022 inside the Fort Worth Convention Center Ballroom. General admission concert tickets are $25. VIP Concert tickets - including access to a special signing - are $95 (tickets are available now HERE). An Anime Frontier badge and an additional concert ticket are required to attend.

Since its founding in 1998, FLOW has released over 30 singles and 10 albums. The group's music videos and songs have been streamed over 100 million times on Vimeo and Spotify and have been viewed by millions more on YouTube. Their most popular songs are featured as theme songs in over 20 globally-known anime series, including Boruto, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Eureka Seven, and Seven Deadly Sins, with fan favorites “GO!!!” from Naruto and “COLORS” from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion.

Anime Frontier Powered By Crunchyroll returns to DFW with its celebration of anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture. The con is designed with close ties to creators and companies at the center of Japanese entertainment and will run December 2-4, 2022; tickets are on sale now. The con kicked off with great success last year, attracting over 20 celebrity guests, exhibitions from major Japanese entertainment publishers, and 13,000 fans. This year's festival anticipates 20,000 passionate attendees.
