The staff of the television anime adaptation for Imigimuru's Kono Bijutsu-bu niwa Mondai ga Aru! (This Art Club Has a Problem!) comedy manga revealed the show's staff, July premiere, more cast, and teaser visual (pictured below) on Sunday at the Dengeki Bunko Haru no Saiten 2016 event.
The anime will premiere on TBS and BS-TBS in July.
Kei Oikawa (Outbreak Company, My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!, Minami-ke: Okaeri) is directing the series at studio feel. Naruhisa Arakawa (MAOYU, Outbreak Company, Kingdom) is writing and overseeing the scripts, Mai Otsuka (Non Non Biyori, Shakugan no Shana) is designing the characters, and Satoshi Motoyama (Oreimo, Little Busters!, WATAMOTE) is the sound director.
Nao Tōyama is joining the show's cast as Maria Imari, and Nana Mizuki is joining as Yumeko Tachibana.

TBS also opened a website for the anime, and the show also launched a Twitter account.
The previously revealed cast includes:
Yūsuke Kobayashi as Subaru Uchimaki
Ari Ozawa as Mizuki Usami
Sumire Uesaka as Colette
The manga focuses on an art club in a certain middle school, and its members: Subaru Uchimaki, who is a genius at drawing faces, but only wants to draw the perfect 2D wife; Colette, a rich troublemaker who never stops making mischief; and the club president, who sleeps through sessions and collects sleeping aids. Mizuki Usami is the only person in the club who wants to do art club-like activities, and constantly struggles to do so.
Imigimuru launched the manga in Dengeki Maoh in 2012. Kadokawa published the manga's fifth compiled book volume in October.
