Kyodo News provides some additional details regarding the agreement between Warren Cromartie and the producers of the Charge!! Cromartie High live-action movie.
Cromartie dropped the move to have release of the movie delayed when the distributor agreed to add a note to the movie stating that the title has no relation to any actual person.
Nonetheless, Cromartie's lawyers have said that he does not accept the use of his name in the movie or comic and will file a lawsuit over the issue.
