You seem to be confused because 30$ is their normal price. Not even slightly on sale.

They're listed on the weekly special as 40% off. That's not a normal price. I've also had them sitting on my wish list for months; I assure you that $37.49 is the standard listing.

And well worth it, on sale or not. I'm lacking the words to convey how great Aria is. And Nozomi's slimpacks might just be my favorite packaging.

Order them the day before so they will be shipped out immediately the day they release Anime catgrin (tomorrow):

-Psyren 03. "Dragon", by Toshiaki Iwashiro
-Naruto 55. "The Great War Begins"
-Bleach MASKED: Official Character Book, by Noriaki "Tite" Kubo

-Pokemon Adventures ??. "Black and White" (VI), by Hidenori Kusaka

...And:

Rurouni Kenshin 09. "Towards a New Era" (VizBig Edition), by Nobuhiro Watsuki

Why did no one ever tell me that the last volume of those Rurouni Kenshin wideban editions had the very last chapter, "Haru ni Sakura", published in it!? The point in time of my purchase being two years after it was published originally Mad

Oh, I love Aria. I've just had trouble fitting the last boxes into my orders until now.

Their retail price is actually $49.99. $29.99 is a pretty good sale price.

I've been meaning to get them, but with money tied up in so many other things it won't be for a while.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Platinum Collection Thinpak

$30 from Rightstuf. Pretty bitchin' deal, almost too good to be true. I sincerely hope they have it in stock... I'd like to have it in time for spring break (this Friday).

I swore that I'd never buy DVDs again (I'm a pretentious Blu-ray jerk), but I doubt NGE will be released on Blu-ray ever. Or at least not for a very long time.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay? I recently paid $90 Cdn for a used copy in great shape (with the medallion thingy).

Rightstuf are just about the most reliable company I've ever come across on having what they have in stock being in stock. I ordered that last month and got it in a timely fashion.

A search for End of Evangelion I can't help you with, although you probably wish you we in my shoes. Less than a week after getting the box I bought a "brand new" shrink-wrapped copy of it (and Death and Rebirth, since it was there) from a local Half Priced Books. Rarely do you get exactly what you're looking for when you go trolling the pre-owned shops, but I was very lucky that day (and that's just about the best HPB store I've ever frequented).

Counting shipping, $85 USD for a complete series set which comes with both a CD soundtrack and the "friendship charm" medallion.
