How about an anthology for the "Matsumoto Leiji-verse" titles?

Just use Matsumoto's "people" page.

I wonder if there is some specific reason preventing such a classification from being made?

If his page is made, fans of all other prolific authors (Osamu Tezuka, Yoshiyuki Tomino, CLAMP, Fujiko F. Fujio, just name a few) would ask for the same treatment.

On the other hand, I wonder why something like Wagamanma Kitchen was ever created... Rolling Eyes

But do all these people use the same universe as a setting for all of their work? I'm still kind of a noob to Matsumoto's stuff, but I was under the impression that Characters like Harlock and Emeraldas show up in shows and movies that aren't exactly "theirs." For instance, in an interview with Matsumoto on the Galaxy Railways disks, he says that the main character of that show is the little brother of Kei Yuuki.

His connected universe seems like an oddity to me. Is it more common than I think for a creator to work in one continuous universe?

You're starting a losing battle. CLAMP for certain makes intentional efforts to cross-over their works. Angelic Layer and Chobits I'm pretty sure are set in the same world, and Tsubasa creates a potentially limitless multi-verse combining previous and possibly some future works. Not even mentioned yet would be Ken Akamatsu's manga, which may not have direct character tie-ins (with vigorous debate over Mei (Narusugawa/Sakura) ), but there are indications that A.I. Love You, Love Hina, and Negima all occur in the same world.

That's cool. I'm not deeply invested in the idea or anything, I was mostly just thinking out loud. I saw the interview and was intrigued.

Could you provide a screencap? I used both Firefox 3.0.5 and IE 7.0.5730.11 and saw nothing wrong.

Hmm. You seem to be right. Last night I reloaded the page twice, but every time the image was centered on the page with all the text scrunched over on the left with white space on the right. Confused Oh well, it looks normal now.

The manga version of Nagasarete Airantou currently has 14 volumes released, not 10. wiki says so.

There no problem at this moment. The releases list shows only the first 10 issues, but this can at any moment be filed by other users.
It's just that, as long as the series is not finished, the "number of tankoubon" on the main page shouldn't be filled in.

And besides, it's not because wiki says so that it's correct Wink

Someone submitted erotica as a genre for Kanokon, bumping it's age rating to "Adults only". Hasn't this happened before?

Give me a few minutes and I'll write an announcement.

When it was announced in November 2007, Moon Phase said it would be a TV series. It still is, as seen on Moon Phase's list but the air date is not available.

The current "available" version is an OVA disc that comes with the special edition of manga volume 3. For now I'll switch it to OVA.

Kazuto Nakazawa is credited as Storyboard (OP, ED), Episode Director (OP, ED), and Main Animator (OP, ED) for the Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight (TV).

Episode director of an opening and an ending that were the same on every episode?

I don't have this series but according to Sakura@wiki he's credited with 絵コンテ・演出・作画 for the OP and ED so it depends how you translate the terms, in this case someone has interpreted enshutsu as "episode director".
