I have 2 artbooks she's done & there's lots of stuff like that in them. There's a lot of yaoi Trinity Blood in it. The single character art for Princess Princess in the book actually hits me as more sexy.
Remember that GetBackers centerfold in Newtype USA everyone freaked about? The one with Ban chained to Ginji slipping his hand into Ginji's mostly unbuttoned shirt? There's another she did where Ban has Ginji bent over-I've seen it "clean" (just Ban & Ginji) & on a desk (so maybe the original was just those 2 so it could be inserted into whatever background was chosen)

At least Ban/Ginji is supported in the manga. Just seems weird seeing it in the anime end credits where the story doesn't get into it, AFAIK.

Princess Princess isn't yaoi. The author uses one name for yaoi & one for shojo & this one's under her shojo name, but that didn't stop the closing credits from being borderline.
The artbook has a pic of Cain & Abel from Trinity Blood. I don't believe they were a couple either.
Ms Nakajima does very nice, sexy work.

It is interesting Blood+ selected authors known for doing yaoi to do some of the manga for that title. Kowloon Nights is Hirotaka Kisaragi, Russian Rose is Ryo Takagi, & Blood+ A is Kumiko SueKane who uses Mutoboe Ryo for yaoi, but has some shonen ai under this name. I say these companies know what they're doing not being blazingly direct about it, but skirting it to allow fans' imagination to run wild.
