Yea, they need to hire Bleedman for this. Hell, they should anime his idea's alone. That would be SO COOL!

But i have to agree with Emerje, it'll be too hard ta miss

Its interesting about this news. I'm sure craig is happy to see his work evolve. I can't wait to see it.

You are someone I for one agree with. It seems the guy who brought us Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends may have his work sut out for him.

PPG still airs five times a week on Cartoon Network, which means it's still popular-the movie didn't bomb because the show is unpopular, but because it was released during the insanley competative July 4th weekend where Men in Black II ate up all its buissness. Had it come out a month before or after, it would have been a smash.

As for Craig, anyone who's watched more than five minutes of PPG can tell he's a huge anime fan. This is probably a dream come true for him.

I actually like the designs of the girls. The professor looks kind of crazy though...
I wonder if they will use the same villians as the CN version.

I actually would like to see a straight-up anime version of Bleedman's PPG Doujin, especially after I was so impressed with the first and fifth chapters, as well as Dexter's DeeDee backstory. I would only see two problems: #1, there's only 2-3 pages a week, so chapters aren't plentiful, and #2, it's got some Nicktoons stars as well, and we all know Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network will not cooperate and lend their stars to one another.

Character designs, though I'm not the biggest fan of the series (acctually, until about a few months ago, I hated it with a passion), are acctually pretty decent; though they look a decent amount older then they are according to the show (I'd say by a few years or so...)

I wonder how this is gonna go. As people said, it's a good idea, and it's a bad idea. It's gonna go platnium, or it's gonna bomb.

Character designs are actually quite a bit nicer than the regular Powerpuff Girls series.

Yes. I try to look away, but I can't. Send help.
This reminds me back in my Army days when some guy I meet that was with the 1st CAB had a thing for Blossom.

But still, posted on TVTome on April first, with Z at the end, did really make me wonder if it was April Fools joke.

Looks great, and very cute, but what's up with Buttercup? She's very different with that spikey purple hair. Oh well, black lacks, well, color, and I have to admit, even with all of the positives of PPGs, the one unappealing constant is Buttercup's hair.

Bubble's bubble-wand has got to be one of the best weapons in all of anime, with Blossom's yo-yo close behind. Is Buttercup's supposed to be a toy as well? Giant mallets are about as generic as you can get. But wait! What's that in her left hand...
