Kagura isn't Japanese, she's an alien of the Yato Clan. So not Chinese either, but she does have the qualifying hair buns, clothing and "aru."

A Journey West which DragonBall is inspired by, is a chinese work......though that's not why I asked that. She's just not cute.

I find it interesting Chi Chi beat Chun LI considering Chun Li is more of an action girl. I guess some favored the housewife.

Chi-Chi has more "cute" qualities than Chun-Li though (fits every label here except the buns thing). Chun-Li can be rather arrogant which is a turn-off for most but Chi-Chi is pure.
