But would there be any point in wearing anything at that point? I like to think that covering certain parts is what makes it appealing.

I think its still covering down yonder with a hint of teasing if worn reverse. And the way of showing the chest with some posing can be a unique teasing thing.

^Fair enough. I have seen too many of these for the girls that are just way too loose and don't even cover the butt. If we're talking something that actually fits properly though, that would be nice.

Not sure on how it fits exactly, but I don't think its suppose to show the whole butt, but just a hint of it. Also assume the clothing is not meant to be worn so loosely, but people like to make it a thing.
