Otakon's in a few weeks and a couple distributors have already said they have more titles coming there. There's still a chance!

Supposedly, NIS America let slip that this series has been picked up by someone (same with Nichijou). And Funimation said they have more announcements to make at Otakon so....there is still a very high chance.

Is the translation of mawaru penguindrum really bad?
I ask because I'm a huge fan of director kunihiko ikuhara's other major work, revolutionary girl utena, and would love to see his newer anime. However, I don't watch fansubs and have heard that sentai butchered the translation of the show. So my question is; how bad is the translation and is penguindrum still worth watching despite it's faults? |
