VORTEXX is a surreal name

Saban, where's Masked Rider?
As I recall, Masked Rider flopped hard enough that the second go at adapting the metaseries(by Adness Entertainment) just used the Japanese in the title to avoid the association. I don't think Saban's out to relive a failure.

good grief.

Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters was the 'no guns' one,

Digimon was the 'one liners every other second and bad jokes' one.

It had its day in the sun and now it's over. From what I've read it wasn't exactly the best Sonic series out there anyway.

I don't see how since it's the only series out there.

Well, I guess we had that OVA.. but Sonic X was a lot better and the only TV series.

Pretty nice music too, though it was no Sonic Adventure 2, admittedly.

It's amazing what thirty seconds of Wikipedia can tell you.

Those aren't anime, though. Not really comparable to Sonic X any more than that Captain N show is for Nintendo anime stuff.

My comment did nothing to limit the comparison merely to anime(but I suppose the obvious context of Saban - and Sonic fans - not giving a flip is lost on you). At any rate, pshawing the American series for having the temerity to be made where Sonic's appeal was targeted to won't make Sonic X any better.
