Scenario 3: Similar to Scenario 2 but Megan cosplays as Lina from The Slayers, doesn't drink, but gets upset and dragon slaves the entire eating establishment when the bill comes. The joke is that I have the real life Rei figgure that this was based on (A mermaid Rei, if you must know) and it sits unboxed (because I'm a "moron") next to a bunch of capsule figgures, a Bart Bust that was once a penny bank (but not now because the back is missing) and a bubble bath bottle shaped like a Darlek.

Wow, it's nice to see things finally starting to look up for Kevin. If HE can score, maybe I have hope too!!
...although, there's still plenty of time for some horrifying surprise to rear its ugly head. (Maybe she's secretly a psychopath, Higurashi-style?? Or maybe she has some Seinfeld-esque annoying personality quirk? (The knock at ridiculous Evangelion merchandise is a nice bonus, too.) |

This? I would like to see... as for Ryoko and scenario #2... you have to remember that Ryoko, for her more curious traits, likes Tenchi. It would be amusing for Kev to stumble into an utterly normal person who can isn't a walking anime cliche, but where's the fun in that? I'm voting for Kev to have a mind altering experience with the catfox from last week and her girlfriend Megan... Kev wakes up monday morning strapped to a bed and found by the Hotel cleaning lady, who just doesn't want to know... In any case, I'm hoping that fate or luck or kharma, or erm... whatever doesn't do too much damage... he deserves the win, once in a while. Even if the whole things is just a dream.

Honestly, I really do hope that Megan turns out to be normal, or as normal as any average fan is. I'd be fine with a Tsundere or normal personality, but not overly cute. I can barely tolerate moe (watching Lucky Star made me realize not all moe is horriable, just most of it), but we'll see.
Robin has yet to make a comic I didn't really enjoy so I am sure next's week comic will be great. |
