It was announced. It's on the front page.

I'm also glad to have a timetable for the first volumes of Speed Grapher and Moon Phase.

No, it means that they are looking at it as a prospective license. The companies do sometimes register domains just to prevent squatters, but they don't always license everything they've registered a domain for. It's happened before, and I know it's been discussed in threads on this site.


That's more or less what I meant. They get a domain for something they are hoping to get or in the process of obtaining.

And KGNE has been announced now, probably using that title, but who knows?
