Ah, poor, sweet, dumb Haru. Naturally, she's feeling lonely now that there are fewer girls around...
...TRYING TO KILL HER!!! Oi.
Nice ploy on Isuke's part to use Banba's name on the formal declaration.
Anyhoo, I think Banba's going to discover what has already been shown: that even without Tokaku around, Haru is hard to kill.

I just wish we could discover this. So far she has executed one defensive move and other than that she has had massive luck on her side. Time to open the kimono, girl.

Eh, the action in the latest episode were okay I guess. The back stories interested me a bit though. One thing I wonder is how Azuma survived that fall? Looks like she came at the right time though...

Episode 9
So Banba was kidnapped as a child and kept in a bunker where she was neglected/abused and was or was on the way of being a sex slave? Light turns her into her scared child self as it reminds her of the abuser that took photos of her, while the night and dark is when she cracked and killed him. That is a pretty horrific past, well a number of them had terrible pasts. I took a little look back at last weeks ED, there really is nothing that explicitly hints at the past, but it fits it.
The part where she got hit by the door was very funny despite the situation.
Got me wondering if the whole situation was made just to turn Tokaku into a killer, after all she was set to take over and could not even perform any killing techniques.

The endless night of attack continues.
They sure had a lot of dialogue considering the situation.
Azuma was pretty resourceful.
Haru wasn't that bad either.
Those two assassin girls definitely didn't have any intention of quitting.
Flashbacks about Tokaku were interesting.
I'd like to see more about her and Haru.
Good episode.

The whole thing is a joke. Once again Haru survives through a combination of luck and the propensity of her pursuers to want to play with their prey more than they want to get the job done.
At least this time Haru exhibited some agility on her own behalf, but that's about it. Even with the playing around she would have been toast had not Tokaku returned just in time. I am going to be pissed if it turns out there is nothing behind all this confidence she is going to graduate after all.
That grandma is a bitch.

It seems you don't get the concept of psyching yourself up, taking her mantra as a plot point instead of an understandable way to keep sanity.
Also both girls are pretty messed up, they are familiar with being scared little girls so their playing around for dominance could be psychologically understandable too.

Akuma no Riddle, EP 9 - Good episode, though I hated the CGIs. I feel so much sorry for Banba now. Love Isuke and her black pantyshots. I hate Tokaku's grandma for killing her hot aunt and I hate Hanabusa for showing no sympathy for Banba. That Tokaku/Haru ending brought me to tears. And I was disappointed with Nio's tattoo/burns/scars/markings/whatever. Kind of a letdown for me.

If you think that is bad, try watching WIXOSS.

#10
There are 3 episodes left & only 1 assassin.
Wonder how they'll play the ending.
Their teacher is so naive and gullible.
No wonder the chairwoman told him he was perfect for Black Class.
Damn, that was one creepy tea party.
Azuma had her hands full once again.
Looks like this was a bit much for her skills.
Also, Haru isn't as helpless as it seems.
Was she faking is all along?
Awesome episode!

Episode 10
Robot tea party from nightmares.
The episode got me thinking, what if Haru was the real master assassin from the beginning. Sounds odd as she has not been up to everyone's physical strength, not really winning an actual fight except for this episode, which really does say something. I think that the reason she has been chased by assassins her entire life is that it is all a test so that she could then inherit the global assassin business as a leader. Black Class was the final test in seeing if she could survive in a class full of assassins, and actually getting Tokaku's loyalty is a positive for that. The family she lost may have been essentially rivals, and indeed they saved her in their passing.

A lot of cryptic talk in the latest episode and Haru is aware of it. We'll see what happens soon though as I think there's some involvement that Nio will play with soon as well.
Hanasuba's fight in the episode was better than I had thought. I wasn't actually expecting her to go Terminator on Azuma. I think she would of won too until Haru intervened. RIP. I don't think she survived that fall. Oh well, at least her ED song was quite memorable.
Is it also just me or the teacher of their class is genuinely clueless about what's going on with his class?

The teacher (lol, no one knows his name because he's THAT unmemorable) is so annoying. I wish he wasn't there. Although I get the feeling he'll somehow be that miscellaneous white-haired guy.
I find it funny how no matter what nasty predicament Azuma is in, she always makes the effort to check her text messages (pretty sure that's how I'll be at the brink of death).
I'm a little disappointed in Hanabusa. I expected her to be a little more classy in her fighting style. That combat suit (aka a bikini) and the mecha-weapons seemed very unlike her
Very anxious to see what happens with Nio.
And kudos to Haru for finally stepping up. Hanabusa's fall was surreal.

Well I finally saw something I have been waiting to see, there. The robo-sexy girl seemed nearly invincible and Haru managed to take her out with her own skills. Where has she been all this time?
It was a sort of odd diversion to have Takachi show up like that. I'm not sure what the point is, but it was fun seeing Takachi realize she was in really deep shit when Nio found her. I wonder what will happen to her but I bet it won't be nice.

I can honestly say that this is the best episode I have seen so far.
Hanabusa is revealed to be a sexy cyborg. She went Steven Armstrong on Tokaku's butt. I bet a lot of you love her now after this episode. She truly showed us that she is awesome. Heck, even Otoya and Haru were as awesome as her and Tokaku. Especially Otoya, so nice to see her again. I kind of feel sorry for Hanabusa for having cybernetics, though. Sensei is still clueless, I see. And why did Tokaku buy the same bucket cellphone? She could have gotten herself an iPhone 8.
