That dub is completely different from the 1-53 dub. The dub wasn't even done at Ocean. It was done recorded at Airwaves. The producer of the dub was AB Groupe, a French company, who made that awful French dub of DBZ. They own the licence to that dub, which was for the European nations of the UK and Ireland, Netherlands, Finland(no, I am not joking), Belgium(I think) and a few others. Canada wasn't even supposed to get the dub, but I think YTV had something to do with that. Having CANCON also helps.
