Forlorn Hope: OOC, what's that series between Eureka Seven and FLCL? Also, is that fox thing a statue or something?

Well Forlorn Hope, I see you like animals: I count four skulls of varying composition along with a fox!
Reminds me of a museum exhibit I visited once, only with anime as an added attraction. |

Forlorn Hope are you a hunter I picked that same mount for my red fox and my bob cat is on his hind legs pulling a quail out of the air. Back to your collection verry nice.

It's not alive if that's what you're asking. It's a full body taxidermy mount of a red fox.
*high fives back* Always glad to see another SN fan! We seem to be few and in between these days. It's such an unappreciated series.
Ah ha.. a museum exhibit.. hmm.. Well, I do have two coyote skulls, 1 fox skull, 2 badger skulls, 2 beaver skulls, a rabbit skin, a coyote skin and a fox. You just might be onto something there..
That'd be correct. It's kind of strange for a girl to like hunting as much as I do but what the hell. My step dad being a taxidermist might have something to do with it though. I'd love to see your Bob Cat. It sounds cool. |

I am currently making new shelves since I got too many for my old ones. I got alot stored away which I will take pictures of when I'm done sorting em. Hope you like em anyway. I do know I've gone above 1500 dvds so far and climbing each month with about 10dvds:)

Just adding a pic over this months order shipment of anime that arrived yesterday:)
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y57/Kenshin1980/DSC_0032.jpg I'm also starting to have a nice collection of anime figures that I receive for free as a gift from the online dvdstore I buy all of my dvds from. One that I received is just made about 100for sale in Eu and 150-250 for the US. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y57/Kenshin1980/DSC_0029.jpg Others that I've received for free with my orders so far. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y57/Kenshin1980/DSC_0030.jpg |

All I can say, Xenosaga1980, is that your local customs office must either love you for the source of income you provide them, or else be lenient enough to let your orders through tax free.
Out of interest, which is the lucky online company with whom you do business? |

I dont pay the customs anything. Dunno why, but my shipments always goes by unnoticed by em:) I think its cause DVDstrax has offices in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. So it prolly counts as sale within my country border
I order from 2-3 places. 1. DVDstrax.com/no Hands down my biggest provider. For animetitles DVDstrax's US supplier cant get hold of I use 2. Animenation.com 3. DVDempire.com What i love about DVDstrax, is when I order a plain boxset, they send me the most exclusive ones sometimes without any extra costs:) Like the Robotech Protoculture collectors box. It cost me 199NOK incl shipping:) Maybe 14$ |

Sometimes it can be fun to be a trashman because I find cool things like my gigantic anime shelf. There were actually several of them at the landfill all that size, but 1)we had limited room in our trailer 2) they were very heavy and we were tired 3) my room is big, but it wasn't big enough to house more than one of them. I actually had to trim it so that it could fit in my room and I also added the square box things on the shelves so I could fit more per shelf. I'm thinking of making that bottom one bigger now so that I won't have to build a new shelf for a while. And yes, it was hell lugging that thing from the driveway, through the front door, up the stairs, and then finally through the door to my room after spending all day in the hot sun working on it.
It goes from the top left to the bottom right http://img243.imageshack.us/img243/2296/1000375y.jpg http://img248.imageshack.us/img248/1908/1000376.jpg http://img518.imageshack.us/img518/1472/1000377u.jpg http://img243.imageshack.us/img243/7562/1000378p.jpg http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/988/1000379x.jpg That black divider between Nadesico and Moonphase in pics 4 and 5 is actually an empty stackpak; see, there really is a use for them. I hope to keep it in alphabetical order because I'm very picky about that kind of stuff, but I also plan to have it become pretty huge so it may become very difficult. Although, I'm also the kid that spent hours in his room reorganizing almost 400 pokemon cards whenever he got a bunch of new cards. NOTE: I'm selling my TTGL part 1, Chrno Crusade, Saber Marionette J, and FMP: Heavy Metal. If anybody's interested, just PM me. |

Ugh. I need to find a new way to shelve things. Once I get a new shipment of stuff, I have to re-arrange the whole enchilada. One of these days, I will die buried under movies trying to reach for that one Urusei Yatsura dvd waaay at the bottom of a pile
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v465/Nuwavghost/P4200143.jpg I ran out of shelf space, so now I have to save up to buy about 400USD worth of shelves |

Why don't you just make your own shelves or have someone else if you can't? That way you can make them as big as you want and can even make them to fit a specific wall or corner. I always used free wood to make shelves so I don't know how much it costs, but I would like to believe it'd be less than $400. |
