Oh. It finally happened. I wonder how this will turn out; will it be musically driven in a good way, musically driven in a bad way -- i.e. the anime turns into a giant commercial -- or will it be musically driven at all (in which case I don't know what to expect)?
I expect the leek will feature prominently  |

why the negativity there? 
anyway, I think it would be more of the BRS anime than a Miku anime. |

| Miku is NOT the main character of Black Rock Shooter, she is not even a character in the BRS universe. Miku will more than likely just be singing the theme song for the anime. They could put Miku in the anime as some side character, but I doubt that is very likely. This will not be a "Hatsune Miku Anime" at all. |

I thought BRS was huke's dark re-imagining of Miku, though, hence her greenish-blue hair highlights? That would technically make Miku the main character, just not the leek spinning version everyone knows.
Either way I'm pretty excited.

I was originally a bit dismissive of this. Hatsune Miku anime, how on earth would this be anything other than otaku pandering nonsense. That is, until I saw the homepage
