Sadly, there is a ton of so-called "fans" out there who believe that the only thing wrong with their favorite female characters is that their breasts are smaller than their heads. And, per some major malfunction in God's Divine Plan, some of them learn to draw...

These days, illustrators will either consistently take gravitational deformation into account, or else keep the objects in question geometrically uniform and employ artistic license when depicting the elasticity of their subject matter.
In both cases though, a little creativity can go a long way.

I think Robin got it spot on. Sadly little do we know that somewhere in Japan there could actually be a very similar image lurking on a darkened shelf just waiting for its servant to collect it.

Imageboards and art-sharing communities allow such material to come into fruition with relative ease, both in and outside of Japan. Although admittedly rare oddities in this context, I believe content like this does exist.
