These days, illustrators will either consistently take gravitational deformation into account, or else keep the objects in question geometrically uniform and employ artistic license when depicting the elasticity of their subject matter. In both cases though, a little creativity can go a long way. |

Imageboards and art-sharing communities allow such material to come into fruition with relative ease, both in and outside of Japan. Although admittedly rare oddities in this context, I believe content like this does exist. |
