Agreed. it would be an improvement,if it was not live action. Cause i cant see them doing it as good as in the series . Espeically if the try the spoiler[ Double futa scene of Saieki and those two girls on Bible Black Only] That would be a serious mess.

Prosthetics containing simple hydraulic devices. Not very realistic ones at that. The mandatory pixelation usually prevents the lack of verisimilitude becoming too apparent however, although the overacting often prevents much realism from manifesting anyway.

Couldn't they just use real shemales and use CGI or whatever to make a vagina and cover up the king's scepter until it's needed? Kind of like how stations use the blur to cover up middle fingers, except it'd be a vagina.

there's also the possibility they could use REAL Futanari girls as well. It's not the first time real hermaphrodites were used in general.
