| I'm assuming its the usual situation where the production team has gotten behind schedule and needs an extra week breather. Or, perhaps they just enjoy irritating fans. |

| Because a 12 episode series MUST have a mid-season re-cap. |

Definitely not considering the manga has 8 volumes already. It's not like K-ON! where they had little material to begin with. I'm rather disappointed with Shinbou and SHAFT right now regarding this. Hopefully this counts as a .5 episode like Bakemonogatari had. |

Ehh..they did this with Bakemonogatari too...
...I'm starting to worry about how they're going to handle Arakawa Under the Bridge...Bakemonogatari was alright compared to the light novels, Bund is shit compared to the manga...reeeeeally hoping they're putting SOME heart into Arakawa. -_- |

No, they totally half-assed the animation for episode 10, but they didn't shove a recap episode in. |

| It's SHAFT. You'd think that with all the success they've had over the years, they'd expand and spend more money (which eases the stress on the employees, at the very least). However, the company seems intent on maintaining the status quo, no matter how deep their pockets are. |

| Regardless, the DVD/BDs of Bund are gunna have better animation and quality. The same happened with Bakemonogatari after all so I suppose there's a bit of hope. |

| I must say it is a pleasure to hear from someone inside the anime industry in Japan - I can count the number of Japanese animators I know posting here on the fingers of one.. finger. |
