You don't have pancakeships? I feel sorry for you Sad

Floating pancake restaurants are a bit of a thing over here. Children love them (who doesn't love pancakes?) and they often have a pirate theme. Coincidently, the menu is pretty limited. The one near us only serves pancakes*, soup and fruit cocktails.

Anyway, the concept could easily be turned into a One Piece thing.

*Different kinds of pancakes of course. Many different kinds.

This is so cool! I'm not a One Piece fan, but this is awesome! Japanese restauranteers are so good at coming up with pop-culture themed places to eat, in which a fan can live out a fantasy. Maid and Butler cafes, manga-themed fancy restaurants (even if they're temporary).

But they're ridiculously expensive. Confused

Where are the American themed places? Besides the Hollywood Cafe and ESPN Zone, I can't think of anything that even comes close to this!

Japan just opened its first Hooters with 5-hr long waiting line! Now that's cosplay that regular people (read: guys) would be into. Laughing

What's their mascot? A live deer? Because that could also symbolize Chopper. Actually, this is how Chopper would look like if he were real.

Isn't that a white tailed fawn? Chopper would look like a reindeer calf. Or a teenage reindeer, whatever that is.

Yeah, that was the joke. Also a reference to a certain anime character from Azumanga Daioh (or was it something similar) who believes reindeer is a Christmas myth.

It's not an actual ship? That sucks Sad

You know what Japan needs? A One Piece-themed pancakeship. You know, a floating restaurant that sells pancakes. Kids will love it.

the world in general needs a pancake ship.
