Les Claypool III
Les E. Claypool Les E. Claypool III This person was mentioned on today's ANNCast (starting at around 22:20), and there are a few duplicates, so I though of trying to sort this one out a little bit. All three are of the same person associated with Magnitude 8 Post, and not the musician who has a Wikipedia entry (I had to remove an image of the musician on Les E. Claypool III as false). I can't access every single one of the English credit scrolls he appears to check, but from looking through several it appears "Les Claypool III" is by far the most common credit. I have confirmed that he does appear at least once as "Les E. Claypool" in the Ghost in the Shell movie (though not in Ah My Goddess: The Movie, where he's "Les Claypool III"), and as "Les E. Claypool III" in Cowboy Bebop TV series. |

I've seen the name scroll past enough that it is instantly familiar. I couldn't say off the top of my head what form it normally appears in.
Out of the titles on the less popular renderings of his name I can check Ghost in the Shell, Akira, and Cowboy Bebop, but it seems pretty open and shut. |
