What was the best price that you have ever gotten on a anime DVD and where did you get it?

For me it was a Cowboy Bebop Best Sessions boxset for 3.99 at a store called EBX. Smile

Out of the very few DVD's I have, I'd say the Cowboy Bebop Movie I got at Best Buy for almost $13 is the best deal I've gotten. They were having a 20% off all anime or something.

I got the complete NGE series for $30 or 40 from RightStuf last December But my DVD collection isn't that big, so there's lots of room for more great deals.

I got a 2 disc dragonball box set for 5.50 at Wal-mart (which I still haven't watched and don't really plan on anytime soon).

Suncoast sold me vol. 6 of GitS:SAC for $17.99 ($1 less than Best Buy!) four days before it was set to release. I was pleased considering they usually sell at MSRP.

I bought the Banner of the Stars collection for $33.99 at BB; it was the second to last one. The previous week I was told that they had stopped making them, thanks to ANN Smile.

Edit: I remember I bought the Last Exile box set for $119.99 and Samurai X: The Motion Picture for $5.99 from Rightstuf.

This also deserves a mention: I bought all 3 FLCL volumes together at AnimeNation for something like $70.
