Before I read a manga, I'll look up an audio video of a Nintendo soundtrack and play it while I'm reading it. The song depends on the chapter I'm currently in.

As a few of the others stated, I don't tend to listen to other things while I am reading manga. I'll almost always get distracted and look away from it. I can't stand utter silence, though, so I usually put on some "white noise" like a fan or something to have something going on in the background.

Typically I listen to either classical music or trailer music from groups like Audiomachine, Two Steps from Hell, etc. I like to have some background noise but if I have music with lyrics I often get too into the music and miss parts of what I'm reading heh.

I don't usually listen while I am reading however if a series has an anime adaption after reading a manga it always put me in the mood to listen to the anime music.
