The problem is that the prices that Geneon usually gives to stores is higher than other anime companies, such as ADV, Funimation, Bandai, and all the others. Their discount is just a little bit steaper so the stores have to price them a little higher to make up the difference.

Their prices are higher, but much of their content is quite good. I tend to rate Pioneer, err, Geneon pretty high over all. If you want a good price try half.com.

I like Geneon, but they tend to give us little to no extra's on their DVDs, and a DTS track is worthless for somone like me how has Dobley sournrond sound system
