At the risk of tarnishing my reputation of Guy-Who-Likes-90s-Stuff, I think Tris8 was on the right track.
Is this from spoiler[the first time Vash encounters the Gung-HO Guns. I think he says this to Monev the Gale after he reveals his hidden arm gun for the first time. Still Trigun, obviously.  ]
