Wow,good news.
I just wondered why they decided to release two movies at the same time? Even though it's summer time.
It just sounds like what they did before to "My Neighbor Totoro" and "Grave of the Fireflies" . |

It sounds like interesting news, but... my hopes of seeing another Takahata film soon have been squashed... |

I had a personal interview with Takahata the 28th of February and I can tell you the following:
He's busy with three projects of which one will be picked, but he couldn't tell me when it would be released. I'm trying to put the interview online by the end of this week, so more info soon about that on GhibliWorld. |

A Ghibli film based on a Miyazawa story.
Now this sounds interesting! |

I can't wait for this movie . Hopefully I'll be able to schedule my trip in Japan for July so I can catch both this and Gedo Senki . |
