Nerima Bros. is not another Excel Saga, even though both shows feature Nabeshin. Its humour is more subtle and closer to the kind found in the Lupin movie he directed, Fujiko's Unlucky Days aka Columbus Files. On the positive, at least it's not another harem title from ADV, either.
