Episode 6

No! That voice, I thought he was dead. How did he survive again?
Oh, wait, this is not Valvrave. I just had a flashback of one of my most hated characters in recent anime that is about mecha and apparently evil Germans.

never, Valvrape is better than this one.

The PV for episode 8 reminds me a bit of spoiler[Gundam Seed..in particular Athrun and Cagali.]

spoiler[Aoba stranded in the middle of nowhere.
At least he had interesting company.
Hina was extremely suspicious about Aoba.
Damn, it's gonna be next to impossible convincing her of anything.
I was surprised Dio would actually care about rescuing Aoba.
Judging by their relationship so far it was half surprising.
The whole ordeal was a nice chance for Aoba & Hina to bond.]

Man, I've just been getting tired of all the "Hina! Hina! Hina!" all the time.

is it okay to call him an idiot yet for spoiler[not figuring out how time-traveling may explain why Hina might not recognize him?] Or does he still get the "man, it's stressful" exemption?

I think it's perfectly okay to call him that, i know i do.
...and he's still being an idiot. Maybe if they had played him up from the beginning as being mentally challenged it wouldn't annoy so much.

This episode wasn't very good and its really challenging my desire to stick with the show. Maybe I'll give it one more episode before I hit the eject button.

Episode 8:

Well, I think their relationship might of improved somewhat I guess? It wasn't on the same level of closeness compared to Athrun and Cagali though imo.

Here is a Chicken or Egg question. Where is Hina's Hairpin first come from?

She eventually loses it but buys the newer one because it reminds her of it? Although she would had to have made an appearance in the first place so it is somehow a stable paradox.

Couldn't it just be a pin she picked up at a 100 yen store somewhere in pastland? And then, when she gets the pin from whatsisname, she just tosses it on the ground, because it's a freakin' pin, and she's busy. It turns out to be so irrelevant that even with the shredding of the continuity of time-space, the universe just shrugs and says "meh, it's just a pin," and carries on.

Or it is some sort of space time distortion that when it interacts with her for an extended period of time will inevitably clash her two time selves together that might force them both to exist in the same time or even make one take over the other! Shocked

Or as Yttrbio is saying and it is a cheap accessory.
But bets that she actually wears it?

spoiler[Aoba bothered by Hina's attitude toward him.
Not surprising since the whole time travel thing is hard to believe.
Guess they're doing another coupling system demonstration.
They seem to be doing those demos often lately, first the move, now this.
Aoba vs Dio brawl was nice to watch.
Those two have some issues to tackle.
Looks like their every outing results in some kind of trouble with the enemy.]

Episode 9:

The only part of this episode that ticked me off isspoiler[ how the developer of the Coupling system died. I mean, what the hell...he was just there to see his creation.]

Ha, Aoba and Dio are like total bros in battle.

Episode 9

Their passion in getting rough with each other and calling each other nicknames spoiler[seems to make their coupling stronger and they can last longer].

I wonder if that is by chance or totally on purpose?

Episode 10:

Lol, I chuckled when those soldiers and commanders were treating Hina like a kid. I mean, grape juice? Ha. The episode was slow and I wasn't too much into it except for the spoiler[father/son talk]. Anyways, the mission began so I expect a reunion between Hina and Aoba soon. Inb4 jealous Bizon.

Looks like they're finally taking some time off.
It's a good chance for Dio and Aoba to work on their relationship.
Guess we got some background stories this time.
It was a good episode.
Wasn't very impressed this time.
