How big of a trouble the Wii-U in the West, say a prayer for PS Vita when despite all these the Wii-U still outsells it by a mile, if ya can believe that. As mentioned, it may really be a case of shift in markets and attitudes, and all the games in the world aren't going to change it.

Last I heard the PS VIta is still ahead of the Wii U in terms of life to date sales, and the only major territory the Wii U actually outsells it is the US, but both machines pull in such pitiful numbers compared to everything else there it seems futile to call it a success. In Europe the Vita is marginally ahead everywhere but France I believe, and in Japan, obviously, the Vita is outselling Wii U by a pretty significant degree. Probably fair to say that globally they're both on even footing right now, but realistically they're both on borrowed time. |
