nothing for me. gonna wait for Chunibyo's dub to be uploaded to TAN before I decide which release to buy. I have season one of IS, but season 2 was terrible, so I'm sure if I want it

Finally! After almost 2 years of waiting Sentai is finally releasing Chuunibyou S1 on BD (I don't care about the dub). The asking price is a bit high, but I am pre-ordering it.

The rest of the slate is not very attractive to me, but I might buy the Oda Nobuna BD set down the road.

If they did a comedy dub of Diabolik Lovers, I'd buy it.

Anyone else think the Chunibyo boxset is a bit too high? Right now at RightStuf, it's the same price as FUNi's Kamisama Kiss LE, but if you compare the physical extras and special features, there's absolutely no comparison. Kamisama comes packed with a lot of unique, one-of-a-kind items, whereas Chunibyo only comes with your standard paper chochkies and a keychain.

I think what Sentai is attempting to do here is to charge for both the bluray AND the DVD, which, when it comes to combo packs, you're not supposed to do. Not to mention that, as of right now, this collector's edition is the only way to own the show on BD and the only way to watch the dub. It's not as outrageously priced as their HOTD set, but it's still a lot more than what it's actually worth if you ask me. Confused

It's the same thing they're doing with HOTD, except this is at least the first release of the show with dub AND on blu ray (whereas HOTD has both these options still in print and readily available). But yeah, they're basically trying to negate discounting it as a BD/DVD combo pack by adding an art box and throwing in some useless junk and calling them collector's items.

kyoto animation is very protective of their in house properties
the dub may also be a reason the price was raised alot

toradora was 95$ but had alot more episodes so it's not too bad

So much for Chunbiyo as I can do without the crap. Keychain, stickers! A booklet, no, just want the show... with a dub ... on Blu-Ray... waiting...

I was worried they'd learn the wrong things from AoA and there it is.

And IS II as DVD only? I was looking for an excuse to dump my BD of the first season {as if not wanting to watch season 2 or season 1 again weren't enough. It was on sale, I needed free shipping, don't judge me...}, a delayed BD release is the perfect excuse.

Postcards, oh yes, they make all the difference. Waiting...

Queen's Blade OVAs? OK, I'm in.
