I'm pretty hazy on the details.
spoiler[Shinobu in Hello! Kiniro Mosaic. Second season, I think. If Shinobu is the speaker then the sister in question would be Isami. Not sure who exactly she says this to so I'm going to guess Alice is one of them. I think the specific context is that Shinobu has been dieting and Isami was expressing her disapproval? I kinda figured that. I immediately recognised the quote as being from something that I've watched, but you don't even have that show on your list.

I don't keep a "seen some" list, so I could be watching basically anything and not yet have it on my anime list. However, since I add things to my "seen all" list as soon as I watch them, it isn't likely to be from the second season of something where I don't have the first season listed.

That's correct. Dtm42 got the speaker, but had the context wrong, so I didn't think I could consider his guess correct. |
