I agree with Kadmos1 and Lemonchest, if Saki isn't pedo-bait then Hajime certainly is. Anime has short skirts but this is unrealistically so, makes me want to join the Shimoneta Decency Squad. One wonders why this was NSFW? How about underage girls in suggestive poses with privates exposed (sorry, with teeny band-aid then...)?

For some that can't wrap their heads around the whole bandaid/maebari thing: it's humorous censorship-turned-fetish. That's the point and little more.

That said, it really is the perfect statue to have on your public office desk when the mayor takes the President on a tour of the municipality building and stops by to see you… Laughing

The girls from Saki are teenagers, just not very old teenagers. Perhaps I should point out that even some older teenagers are still not old enough to be legal, depending on jurisdiction.

I remember a few years back reading a hilarious review in some British rag(maybe the Telegraph or Daily Mail) about something call the C-string. It's the closest thing you'll ever get to bandaid underwear.
