Damn, what a finale. Very emotional with the crying scene and I also liked the adventurous storytelling. Honestly, I think this show was good. Not great but definitely got me into the mood with what it had to offer. This series is based on the manga and I got the same feel from it from the anime too.
A pretty underrated show compared to some of the other big hitters of this season. |

Lol that Konju's tent turned into a tsukumogami, but whadaya gonna do, right? It was also touching to see that Ryokubirou had added Hakumei's hair to her braid. I expect to see Huskies in Japan with their tail tips dyed green after this...
I only just now realized it, but the animal character designs, backgrounds and color palette of this remind me of Wallace Tripp's illustrations. Like everyone else, I'll miss having this to look forward to each week. |
