Survey page taking me to the "Toei On Demand" results

I clicked to see the survey about Manga style comics but instead, after a temporary jump to the survey listings, it reroutes me to results for the "Toei Video on Demand: Which of the following Toei titles would you be interested on viewing by Video on Demand" survey.

It's the same if I go the the surveys link under the "myANN" tab.

weird.

...if I click on the "participate" before it reroutes I can get there.

Likewise, on Skuld and using Firefox 3.6.14.

All the completed surveys have code like the following:

Code:
Survey is over<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1; url=/survey/140/result">; <a href="140/result">Results</a>


The Toei one "wins" being the last on the page it seems.

(PS: should HTML be being parsed inside a code block even with "disable HTML" unchecked?)

Getting the redirect as well, but was able to quickly press "participate" before going back to an older results survey.
