you don't know that that a new FMA series has started and ended. The lates series follows the original story(manga story). The first series cut away form the original story like 12 episodes in. So what you mention has nothing to do with this movie except for them both being fma. BTW the new series is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.


Oops! I totally forgot about brotherhood, I have'nt seen it yet, its on my want to watch list thought!
