I've got to chime in on the gleeful reception of Area 88 TV's licensing. This, coupled with the upcoming 1/48th scale release by Hasegawa of both Shin's Crusader and an Area 88 F-14 Tomcat means I'm going to having plenty of fun.
Watch for the flame-maned unicorn.

Apparently everyone's looking into new stuff fast. Kurau: Phantom Memory-I had just heard about this new show reading last month's Newtype. The director that worked on 'Alien-', and his first project.
I'm really intrigued to see this show. I wish I had the chance to at least see an episode before it was licensed. But it looks like something right up my alley. I enjoyed 'Alien-9' and from what I saw of 'Figure 17' I liked that as well. So I'm definitely looking forward to this series.
