Damn, and just after the article on how Thunderbirds influenced anime. I used to watch that show a lot when I was younger (the classic puppet one of course). Many good memories were had.

Unfortunate that she had to go by an illness. Thank you for having an impact on many lives. RIP.

Thunderbirds always had very special place in my heart and now that one of the creators is gone it feels like a piece of me died. Crying or Very sad

So sad that she passed away as a result of her illness. Sad I express my thanks to Mrs. Anderson for playing as Lady Penelope.

It's sad to see Mrs. Anderson go. I saw a little of "Thunderbirds" when it was on TechTV. I did see Hollywood's version and I didn't think it was too bad. But,hey. That's me. I noticed that Mike Toole mentioned her passing in his article. Anyway goodbye,Mrs. Anderson. It looks like you're going to see your husband in that big soundstage in the sky.

You're referring to this article? The article itself mentions that Sylvia Anderson died last week.

The Anderson's gave me a lot of joy in my childhood. They were & are a big part of me.
