They dug really deep into the lore of the series. Too bad I won't be able to play it, as I don't have a system that it's on.

I have never heard of the island of Hungeria. When did it ever come up?

The metal case is only available in NA through the Bandai Namco online store pre-orders. The DLC characters are available everywhere. I believe it is a pre-order bonus everywhere in Europe, though I can't say for sure. Gamestop also has an exclusive pin set.

The BN online store previously had insane shipping costs for the marineford edition btw, but recently changed to free shipping.
