So Berserk gets its worst arc animated poorly and Gantz gets its best arc animated gorgeously.

Dude! If anything, this footage demonstrates that the CG is really damn good! Sure it's not the same level as what Square Enix Visual Works puts out, but it holds its own! I hope this is highly successful and they adapt the entirety of Gantz in this style. |

^Seriously, this looks really good. They even motion-capped the lip syncing too. The Osaka arc is awesome and I'd also love to see a full adaptation done in this style. Really looking forward to this movie.
The Osaka arc is volumes 21-25. Although depending on how movie ends, it might include some stuff from volumes 26 and 27. |

I haven't read Gantz yet and definitely would like to after watching that trailer. The animation is so good! I thought it was live action until they showed a close up of the guy's face!
