I would so watch this all the way through if they could add this to their Dubcast lineup... other then that.. I just watch the Sub if they put this on Crunchyroll.

That was my immediate thought as well. I've been hoping that someone will license Kuroko for so long especially as they've now released the blu-ray discs in Japan. I guess I'll just have to keep hoping that it will happen eventually.
I love sports anime so I'm happy for this latest announcement and look forward to watching it on either Crunchyroll or HiDive.

The investment is supposed to be of US$30 millions. Sentai does not seem to spend big money on licensing. I bet the license for Ahiru no Sora wasn't that expensive, and this is why they got it.

I would also like to know how exactly do we know they spent that much money to get this series in the first place.

There's a big difference in the licensing fees of a brand new show that's just starting versus an established franchise that's already popular and has tons of merchandise and stuff.
