Yea, hope their fox parent was a demihuman fox person and not an actual fox...

Also crossing my fingers that someone snatches this up early, would be nice to have a simulpub in English.

There are two possibilities and either her father is Animal Mask or her mother is a magical transforming fox. Considering the mangaka made Sweetness & Lightning I am going to guess that the latter option is more likely. Jokes aside the premise of the manga sounds adorable and is a slight variation on the half witch shoujo manga that are still fairly popular.
