It is, and Manga Up! has chapters through the beginning of volume 7 available as of today. This service's usual pattern (at least in the US) with adding already published titles, including this one, is to release everything that is already published, except hold back the latest volume's chapters for weekly or biweekly release.

I adore this manga, and highly recommend the live action as well! If you can get past the first 15 seconds of intense cringe at the ridiculous cat puppet they use for Fukumaru, you will fall utterly in love with its sincere, heartwarming, found family goodness. I've watched it twice and still happy cry during pretty much every episode Very Happy
