It's no surprise when you find out the director has only ever done actual directiorial works for two Transformers movies, bkth of which were CG. Plus Tezuka Production's usual quality... |

the character designer will supervise his designs at least but being a tezuka anime means outsourcing to chinese/korean studios as usual since they dependent on it and sadly outsourcing within tight schedule is making the final product look rough. |
