Line Manga is the Japanese equivalent of Line's Line Webtoon or Webtoon platform in other countries, so it's possible that they simply refer to anything published on the Webtoon platform as being a webtoon even if Line Manga also includes licensed manga. Though if this a collaboration with Line, it would be also very likely it'll be in the webtoon format (ie a vertical webcomic designed for reading on a smartphone).
