I dunno, the first season adapted what I'd consider the core of the story, and the second got through all the significant conflict. The subsequent volumes (which make up more than twice the amount of material as has already been adapted) are largely treading water (will spoiler[Sawako and Kazehaya hold hands]? Not for another twenty chapters!) or involve questionable material (the subplot with spoiler[Ayane and Pin]).

I only watched the first two seasons this year, I’m pretty glad I get to skip the decade+ long wait.
