wait... what?

i knew the hype machine for this movie was big, but i didn't expect them to go this far. also it appears the monster's a giant sea creature... unless i'm missing something here.

does anyone know when the movie comes out in Japan?

Super-hyped to see this film when it comes out this friday and I usually don't care for first-run big hollywood movies.

have you seen the directly related Slusho! ad?

Supposedly in the storyline the company behind Slusho!, "Tagruato" is what awakens the monster...I think.

I was of the impression King Kong was America's classic monster, but if someone wants to take a crack at him, I say let him have his best shot.
