Finally more slayers  considering that the previous 3 series are 3 of my favorites this seems like it can be nothing but great. A question though: Am i the only one bothered by the Hakufu-like new look o n Lina (especially the blush)  |

Good! It'd be a crime if she didn't (or if Masami Okui didn't).
In June, she's releasing a 3 disc compilation of Slayers songs. I wonder if it'll have the new themes on it or not...! I can't imagine there are actually 3 discs worth of Slayers songs by Megumi, but I could be wrong. Maybe the title "Megumix" means that they're rerecordings/mixes and she's doing some other songs that weren't originally hers? I have no idea. |

| Hell yeah, I should friggin' hope so. I also hope they're written by the same people who wrote the other ones. I've learned that her songs are only as good as the the people who write them. |

| Hell yeah......it would not be Slayers without Hayashibara Megumi-sama. There is no Lina without her. Can't wait for the new season. Even if it turns out to be crap (not likely) I'll still eat it right up |

I haven't been this excited for a new series in a LONG time.
New Slayers, modern animation, new songs by Megumi....
I'm so happy..
Hopefully this series will be popular enough to have a Movie or some OVAs to come as a result.

| Another Slayers series?! Heck yes! Its like Indiana Jones coming back except... different... Because Slayers would still put out movies now and then. Anyway, I'm wondering if they'll stick to the older style of humor, or incorporate modern Moe-isms and/or the popular commentary style comedy where they point out all the recycled plot elements... I'm hoping for all three. Was it even a question as to whether Megumi was going to do the intro? That'd be like getting someone besides John Williams to do the music for Indiana Jones. |
