Coolness. Cool
I always find it hard to see "cute" anime like Lucky Star with a 15 though. I understand the rating, It's just...

I been waiting for lucky star but I hate the Beez Anime Legend Series no - quality.( I bought Escaflowne and Witch Hunter Robin and both are made with really poor quality standard in mind. I could happily pay more and have something that looks cool and doesn't have playback problems instead that cheap crap.

Re Lucky Star's 15 certificate, the BBFC page here
http://www.bbfc.co.uk/search?searchwhere=db&q=lucky+star
gives individual certificates to each of the episodes. All are rated '12' or below, with one exception: episode 22, 'The Yonder Here.' The site claims it 'Contains sex references,' hence the 15 certificate.

I've been waiting for Lucky Star a looooong time. I already have the Japanese R2s, although I regretted it several times, but I only have the first R1 DVD - see I also imported Haruhi from Japan (I'd started importing Kyoani shows with Air since many people were sure it would never be licensed and kinda got into the habit), then imported the awesome R1 LEs, then was shocked to see we got the same LEs in the UK so bought the whole thing a third time.... I did not want to get into the same trap with Lucky Star since it wasn't as good a series so I held off. And held off.....

I'm really glad Outlaw Star is coming to the UK. I still remember watching it on Toonami before that channel went downhill; heck I think that was the first anime I got into that hadn't been altered to make it more family friendly.

Planning on getting Outlaw star. Intended to get it in Jan(?) before it was pushed back. I might just get it now as a birthday present, since I'm always low on ideas for presents whenever people ask me what I want Laughing
